How are you staying healthy?
What help is out there to keep you healthy and make good choices about your lifestyle?
Patient’s watchdog Healthwatch Norfolk wants to find out people’s experiences of services and support in the county that can help and identify ways those projects could be improved in the future.
It wants to discover:
- Where people are getting help
- How easy it is to access that help
- Examples of services and projects that have made a positive difference
- If the Covid-19 pandemic affected access to support to maintain a healthy lifestyle
Healthwatch Norfolk is also keen to gather feedback from parents and carers of under-18s to find out what additional help they needed or used for their family.
The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete and you could win a £50 voucher for submitting your feedback.
To take part, visit www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/Prevention.
The survey is open until 5th April 2022.
Alex Stewart, chief executive of Healthwatch Norfolk, said: “The Covid-19 outbreak has made us all think more about our lifestyle and trying to be as healthy as we can.”
“We have been asked to look at how we are helped to do this in Norfolk, which is known as prevention.”
“Any feedback and experiences you share will help shape future services in a bid to make them better.”
