In addition to general medical consultations, we are pleased to be able to provide specialist clinics and services covering the following areas:
- Asthma – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms, please complete our online Asthma Review form
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your COPD symptoms, please complete our online COPD Assessment form
- Coronary heart disease
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- Cervical screening
- Blood pressure checks – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a blood pressure review, please complete our online Blood Pressure Review form
- Blood samples
- ECGs
- Smoking cessation – Available from Jaggers Pharmacy in Wells, by email smokefreenorfolk@nchc.nhs.uk or you can submit a Smoking Review form
- Child health surveillance – The health visitor can be contacted on 0300 300 0123
- Baby clinic – Baby immunisations are given by the nurse and postnatal and 6 week baby checks are done by the doctor
- Maternity services – Antenatal clinics are by appointment with the midwife on alternate Friday mornings from 08:30
- Mental health – Support and advice from the mental health link workers who can be contacted via the health centre
- Minor surgery – Dr McAnsh offers a minor surgery service, details of which can be discussed with him during a routine appointment
- Teenage health checks
- Vaccinations and immunisations – If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel, you can submit a Travel Risk Assessment form
- Shingles – If you are entitled to a shingles vaccine and would like one, please request an appointment
- District nurses
